ProsperFunds Limited was incorporated at the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja and approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2004 to carry out the Business of a finance company. The company is not only driven by innovativeness, it is poised to change the landscape of non-bank financial intermediation through focused and select service / product delivery.

It commenced business operations at its Head office located at 14A Ahmed Onibudo Street (First Floor), Victoria Island, Lagos in January 2005.
